This position comes with FFA sponsorship as well. Hope Schools has one of the longest-running FFA programs in the state of Kansas. We are looking for a qualified individual to continue this tradition as well as bring some new traditions to the program. Hope currently has four Ag pathways in place as well as one pathway on the Industrial Arts side. These pathways are approved through the State and receive CTE funding. The right candidate would have the option to build their own class schedule and teach the pathway and classes they so choose.
Hope is home to an Ag/Woods building with separate metals and woodworking areas. We currently have a CNC plasma table as well as four stick welders, three mig welders, and one tig welder. On the woods side, we have a number of updated machines including a SawStop table saw. Our FFA/Ag program also has a large greenhouse that sits right next to the Ag/Woods building.
Rural Vista athletics, CO-OP between White City and Hope, will also have a number of coaching positions available including High School Assistant Football, Jr High Football positions, High School Boys Assistant Basketball, Jr High Assistant Volleyball, as well as other opportunities in Track.

Rural Vista, USD 481, is comprised of two K-12 schools, Hope Schools and White City Schools. Hope and White City schools are in a cooperative agreement for all athletic teams including; Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Track and Scholars Bowl. The Rural Vista Heat are a member of the Wheat State League. Both boys and girls teams have had tremendous success since the co-op began just over 10 years ago, with multiple State tournament berths.
