Extension Agent – 4-H Youth Development -West Plains District

Janet Pfromm to Serve as West Plains Extension Agent

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Janet Pfromm will join the staff of K-State Research and Extension – West Plains District as a 4-H Youth Development Extension Agent, effective January 10, 2021.  West Plains District has offices in Garden City and Scott City.  Janet’s primary office is located in Scott City, Kansas.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Cornell University.

Pfromm has most recently been employed as a 4-H Coordinator for Chenago County, NY for Cornell Cooperative Extension.

Extension Agent – West Plains District

Renee Tuttle to Serve as West Plains Extension Agent 

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Renee Tuttle joined the staff of K-State Research and Extension – West Plains District as an Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension Agent, effective October 18, 2020.  West Plains District offices are located in Garden City and Scott City, Kansas.  Renee’s primary office will be in Garden City, Kansas. 

She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural and Applied Economics and International Studies from Virginia Tech.  She earned her master’s degree in Agribusiness from Kansas State University.   

Tuttle has most recently been employed as a Crop Consultant for Nutrien Ag Solutions in Garden City, Kansas.
