This position is with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Kansas and works within the ASTC-Technology organization. The position will be responsible for development and management of long term training plans covering a wide range of conservation related disciplines through coordination with subject matter experts and key leaders from county, state, and national levels. The position will also function as a training facilitator to strengthen curriculum and delivery of training by engaging with discipline leaders and experts to improve current and future courses. Newly onboarded employees will be of particular focus for the position to equip new and emerging members and leaders of our NRCS Kansas team with skills and knowledge to meet the mission of NRCS to “deliver conservation solutions so agricultural producers can protect natural resources and feed a growing world.”
